Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured therapy used in treating mental health disorders by reducing symptoms of trauma, as well as anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, grief, fear, phobias & other cognitive blocks associated with emotionally disturbing life events.

HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy is an incredibly effective therapeutic methodology. Sometimes traditional talk- and medication-based therapy simply doesn't seem like the most effective approach when treating issues like PTSD, depression, shock, or trauma. Our therapists practice a highly effective treatment model that addresses body, mind, and spirit called Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, which is a highly effective treatment technique that addresses body, mind, and spirit.
COST: $140 Initial Intake and $200 per 1 ½ hour session after
